Where to look on your statement
The invoice number
Top right of the statement, in the form FHS-2026-0000. If you were sent the invoice by email it is in the subject line as well.
The email address
The address the invoice was sent to, which may belong to a family member rather than the patient. Both have to match before we show you anything, so nobody can look up a balance with a guessed number alone.

Somewhere else
These do not go through this form.
- No invoice number, use Make a Manual Payment
- Insurance, Medicaid or Medicare, call the office
- Payments in naira, use Africa Payments
- Buying supplies, use the online store

Please contact the office directly so we can assist you. Those payment methods are not accepted on this website. They are handled over the phone or during an in person office visit.
